What we can do for you
At Charity People we're always
interested in hearing from great candidates. It's our
mission to raise the profile of the great clients we
work for and rewarding sectors that we represent so
please register with us and tell your friends too. It's
free and it's straightforward. You'll benefit from
hearing about jobs through email alerts, conferences and
seminars that we run and of course, forum3 - our annual
and Europe's largest careers and volunteering event for
the not for profit sector.
If you're looking for work in the
charity sector, we can help. We provide temporary and
permanent staff to a huge range of value led organisations across the
UK
including charities, housing associations, universities,
membership organisations, renewable energy and
sustainable living businesses. We also advertise
voluntary vacancies on our sister site
forum3.
If you've not come along to forum3
before, make sure you book your free ticket and get
along to some of the seminars which provide invaluable
advice on job hunting and developing your career in the
sector.
Once you're registered with us you can request our range
of advice sheets on preparing for interviews and
assessment centres, completing application forms and
other useful bits and pieces by contacting the candidate
support team
here.
You can set up email alerts
and get a range of interesting
roles straight to your inbox. Or, follow us on Twitter
to be kept posted of new roles -
temporary and permanent -
just as soon as we get them.
You can help us by ensuring your CV
is up to date, that you've told us what kind of role,
salary, and location you want and you keep us posted on
any changes. You can manage all this online in your own
personal area on the site. We'll call you for interview
and skills test you if you're interested in and suitable
for temporary work positions we're handling.
For some social care roles we may
also need to apply for a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB)
check before we can put you forward for positions. We'll
talk you through all of this once you've registered with
us.
We'll pay you!
If you refer someone to us that we
subsequently place into a permanent role, we'll pay you
a referral fee of £250. No quibbles. Provided that they
remain in the role for at least six months, you'll get
the fee. That's our way of thanking you for finding us a
great candidate.
